Ready to book your trial lesson?  First, fill out the form below as this will help us get to know the student better so we can prepare a great experience for them.  It saves us from having to do paperwork during the lesson so we can spend more time doing the fun stuff!  There is no obligation to continue with paid lessons after the trial; however, submitting this form does obligate all concerned parties to abide by our Studio policy whenever they’re visiting the studio.  Our studio is located at a private residence so we expect everyone to be on their very best behavior for the sake of our neighbors, family members, and teacher.  We appreciate your cooperation!
